First of all – chances are good that you’ll get a somewhat satisfying result if you use the standard file for printing. It’s high resolution and comes in a widely used file format (PNG image).

However, a professional print file, which is customized to meet all requirements and recommendations of the printing service provider (like dimension, bleed, dpi, color profile…), will make sure you’ll get the best possible outcome for your printings.

Choose the GoPrint option and then just send us a link to your printing service and the specific product you want to have printed. In most cases we’ll be able to find the required information by ourselves and shortly after you’ll receive an additional custom printing file from us.

The fee applies once per order and print medium:

• 3 images, print all on a canvas 30x30cm – order GoPrint x 1
• 3 images, one canvas and two T-Shirts – order GoPrint x 2
• 3 images, one canvas, one T-shirt, one mug – order GoPrint x 3

To avoid any misunderstanding: You’ll receive a customized file for printing, not the printed item!

We guarantee to deliver a print file that meets your print service providers requirements (as stated on their website) for the specific product you would like to print. We do not provide support for the print product ordering process. We do not offer refunds unless your print service provider makes a statement that a dispute has been caused by a TECHNICAL ISSUE with the printfile we provided.
